Great Britain Captain , Golden Boot award winner, voted the worlds best forward in 2006.
Carl Worked with Jamie for 5 years during his time at the Bradford Bulls Rugby League Club, and with the Great Britain team 2004 -2006. Carl was instrumental in helping Jamie develop into a world class Rugby League Athlete.

Carl Worked with Ruben for 4 years During his time at the Canberra Raiders Rugby League Club. Carl developed many fantastic Routines for Ruben, helping him to build his legendary physical prowess. Ruben is now enjoying his retirement from playing. He is now pursuing a career as a Personal trainer and Strength & conditioning Coach.
